Short term Actions
1. Respond to the current and anticipated future legislation and adjust the strategic approach accordingly
2. Maintaining a healthy relationship with the community and ensuring client satisfaction throughout, by having a constant degree of communication through out.
3. Ensuring contracts clearly communicate the projects terms and conditions, determine responsibility of each party and a set expectations for schedule of payment of services.
4. Ensuring staff engagement and structure within the work force by keeping to the work program.
5. Ensure the office manual is up-to-date and easily available for clients.
Long Term Action
1. Ensuring members of the team are equipped with necessary skills to perform the task in hand and training team members in areas of new software.
2. Keeping up to date with technology to ensure communication between the team is optimized.
3. Using technology to notify areas of the design that does not follow new legislation. This will be followed up by an arranged CPD meeting, to ensure that the team is aware of these new implications.
