Image Managment Strategy

Strategy Aims

 

1. Provide the company with unique branding.

2. Create a balance of professionalism and fresh design.

3. Convey Function through form.

4. Advertise the company’s sustainability factors.

5. Remain an individual self-sufficient brand.

 

Short Term Action

 

1. Continued research into present design output both nationally and internationally.

2. Keeping up to date with popular culture and all aspects of the design world.

3. Consistently apply our design ethos to every design output The Design Collective produce.

4. Produce material advertising the brand and promoting new events we will be a part of.

5. Promote The Design Collective as being part of a new movement of practice that offers multidisciplinary services as a collective.

 

Long Term Action

 

1. Continued research and experimentation into creative CAD software.

2. Employ youth as well as experience – Youth brings freshness, creativity and imagination, coupled with experience helps to create a balance of professionalism and fresh design.

3. Build healthy rapport with like-minded brands and companies.

4. Keeping up to date with popular culture and all aspects of the design world.

5. Create a GoGreen program, outlining key aims for sustainable design that are applied to all future outputs from the company.

6. Spread awareness of the new movement by creating a group of linked practices, all of which operate under similar strategies.
